I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't really like this story. The idea of Seifer being blind is brilliant, and I was interested in finding out how Squall would react to his rival's blindness, Seifer's reaction to losing his eyesight, and then the Garden's reaction to the school bully suddenly going blind.
But instead you just rushed into the yaoi (and wrote that Squall and Seifer loved each other out-of-the-blue, with no real reasoning behind it). And there was alot of OOCness.

Squall was way too caring (even if he DID love Seifer. And he talked way too much - this IS Squall afterall. It took Rinoa forever to get him to talk about his feelings, so I doubt he'd just start talking normally in a few minutes.
And Seifer acted terribly immature, and nothing like the strong, confident, masculine guy we saw in FF8 (and blindness is hardly an excuse for a total change in personality).
The fic was also rather rushed. You need to add more description in your scenes.

"Mmmh...flowers..uhh..I want a cookie too.." Seifer was mumbling, his eyes closed. " This part really made me laugh. I really can't picture Seifer saying that. *laughs*

I really liked this story! Some of the cast were a *little* out of character, but I really didn't mind. It was just too cute and fluffy! I love the way you described their emotions, and especially considering this was your first fic, it thought it was great. I hope to read more of your work soon!
