You kept me up with this... first off it was well written. It kept me reading till 3:30am in the morning.
I had to leave to do grocceries but I cam right back to it like the addict I am...
My friends all know I'm a Zack, Cloud/Tifa fangurl and rarey do I read anything with Vincent in it despite owning DoC...
But I adored this fic. I love who you wrote for Reno he had me giggling half the time... and you really made the Reno/Yuffie thing work for me... Zet was believable and it was almost like she was part of their world, she wasn't making any goo goo eyes at anyone by chapter five... but I was rootin for her and Cid cause I felt it was worth it...
As for the parts of Vincent's past it was written amazingly... the memories were like you had a real great grasp on his character.. I find Cloud and Vincent sooooo hard to write for... *has only written one proper FFVII fic anyways and it's before he's awake so doesn't count*
It was sad that Cloud had to die and I was upset at this cause I'm such a fangurl... but it also struck how well you wrote his death and funeral and from their thoughts and emotions on it... I've experienced this loss and you worked with it soooo well.
you've inspired to me to try to finish my FVII fic it maybe yaoi but you've made me want to finish it anyways... and start a het one...

you know, I just found this one, and I HATE YOU!! or i love you. i can't decide. I haven't read a fan fiction that's made me cry in YEARS. This one was GOOD. by the end of the last chapter I was sobbing. you suck. and rock. sweetage.

Great fic and all, but...
I still think Tifa kinda got over Cloud and moved on wayy too easily.
I mean, she DID lose the fucking love of her life, din' she?
And I found Vincent moving in on her right after Cloud died kinda...immoral, yes?
I know that his intentions were good, but still...

Best points:
I loved the Free Willy reference "I'm gonna eat that fucking kid!"
My absolute favourite chapter would have to be Ch 20. The whole Jenova messing with Cloud's head and saying shit to him was both spooky and fucking hilarious!
I liked how you gave the Materia minds of their own.
I loved it when Tifa called Aeris an "evil bitch" It was so uncalled for that it was funny LOL.
The entire "food" conversation was hilarious.
And the BEST INSULT Award goes to...Cid! ("What about you, Hotshit?")
Now on to the bad-but-not-TOO-bad points:
What was with all the M's? They were really starting to get on my nerves in the later chapters.
And I am a zealous supporter of Cloti and I severely dislike impossible pairings i.e: Tincent. Then again, when it comes to fanfiction, nothing's impossible Aye?
And that's just about it. Appart from those insignificant details, the whole fic rocked.
BTW, was the George who owned the Materia shop the George Valentine that Jeremiah mentioned earlier?

I really enjoyed this story. The wrighting was great expecially for your first full fan fic. I've never tried to wright one till recently but it's not the kind that wold be posted here. Well so far. It's more of a PG rateing due to language. You're work is great.

That...was awesome...Seriously, you have to let me know (via E-Mail) every time you start another story. The end was....sad....but nonetheless, the story kicked all kinds of ass.

Oh. My. God. Quite possibly the best-written fic I've seen--on any site--in a long, long time. The story is top notch. Your characterizations are wonderful, and, might I say, spot on. You must be the only person, besides yours truly, that writes Cid with a conscience and a heart. Thank you much for your story.

Mmm, I find myself feeling the right way about this ending in spite of myself. Warm and sad mixed together. Even separated by the lifestream, they're still all together as a family.

I. Actually. CRIED! sorry i've dissapeared lately, but when i came back, i was thrilled when i'd seen you'd posted so much! I'M SO SAD ITS OVER! a sequel maybe? an epilogue?
