Cloud................ :( It's too sad. I almost cried, but Cloud is everlasting, so he won't be truly dead in our hearts. I hope Tifa ends up with Vince, cuz she deserves someone good. Vince should just make every woman his harem. Ya know we all want the man. Of course, all the cutiepies can be our harem too. (VxCxZxSxKxYxLxCid) Vince's hand is back, that's cool. You have to get Cid and Zet together for a bittersweet scene before this ends.

All I can say is wow. Vincent got his arm back, and Cloud... Almost makes me sad, which is a feat given that I'm a Cloud hater (no offence to any Cloud lovers out there). Wow. I wonder if he'll survive somehow? Anyways, looking foward to the next chapter.

god... Tifa seems to be made to suffer. Im a huge Tifa/Cloud guy. The deeper (and in some cases tragic) it gets, the better, and when it gets like that, and turns out to have a happy ending, to me, thats the ultimate. If I get to see a happy ending in this one, to me, Ultima of ultimates, heh..

But Tifa does seem to be made to suffer. Vincent too.

Good stuff man, keep it up. Oh, and don't worry about your version of the past conflicting with DoC. the Game focuses on events somewhere around seven years after Advent Children. Cheers!

You have written a cruel, tender successful ending for now although I have to admit, I am DESPERATE to read the next part. I'm not sure I can dawdle and wait for the chapters to add up as usual; I might have to check back on this every single day in an attempt to read the last bits. In an attempt not to ruin it for anyone, I don't want to say to much, except, holy fuck you asshole. That was brilliant.

Another great chapter. I can't wait! What'll happen to Cloud? How will Tifa and the others take it? What does Cloud want Vincent to do? Can't wait to find out! I found it pretty interesting that you mentioned the monsters having money and items. Been wondering this for years. My guess is that they get these things when they eat people who have them. I don't know, maybe they don't disslove in stomach acid or something. I never even thought about shiny objects! Makes sense too. As always, well done!

Yay for Zet/Cid! I think it's good that you're looking at all the characters, makes things more interesting. Please update soon!

I forgot to mention it in my other review, so I'll mention it now: the cameos from other FFs are great. Steiner in particular amuses me, he totally would still think he was a knight even if he weren't!
