Yay for support! n_n I should be thanking you, you put so much effort into this. I swear, the first thing I do when I get on the computer is check this fiction, and it makes me giddy to see it updated so often. Muwaha, M&m. x3 For now, here's a digi-hug [ *huuuug!!!* ] and chocolate houses and lollipops are all good. XD But this fic is sweeter. [whoah, that was lame. *weak drumtap.*]
Are you like, sometimeinthenearfuturepsychic? 'Cause having read half-way through chapter 21, I thought to myself "I am SO glad the next chapter is a Vincent POV." You're so amazing. -Swoons.- XD
Eee, Cid and Zet are so nervous around each other. And Jeremiah makes me giggle. xD The whole dead man thing. I love your original characters, they're fun, and its hard to add OC into existing storylines and make it work out so well, but you do a wonderful job. I love how you balance out the main characters view-points, it makes things interesting.
And chapter 22!! The thought that you put into Eddy's letter to Vincent. Gah. So good. It make me grin. And, even as a small detail and as bad as it sounds, I love the idea of Vincent being a ladie's man when he was younger, as Eddy claims. Tee hee. And Hojo in a bikini. That image made me shudder.
I like the description of Vincent's thoughts, the way he saw his outfit as armor, or a shell. And how he put it back. Signs of recovery, its nice to see my favorite angsty little gunman not-so-solemn. Even if it didn't last -too- long.
The only thing that bothers me now is that I keep wondering what Tifa and Cloud were talking about back in the room before Cloud attacked her. Or what Tifa was thinking. I know it sounds like a desperate plea, but seeing things from Tifa's POV sometime in the near future would be lovely. It would piece together a few things, and I wanna know what she thinks of Vincent and Cloud. She seems to be focused mostly on them lately, and after that last chapter, it makes my brain go boom not knowing her intentions or thought processes. But you're the author, you probably already have everything all planned out.
And, for you writing that last chapter at 2 in the morning, its very good. You're doing so well, keep it up. You've got me so interested in this. x3 It scares me to think this'll be over some day. @w@ I had better see future works by you after. -lovingscold.-
Sorry for the overly drawn out review. ^^;

I feel sorry for Zet because of how she reacts towards Cid. She doesn't seem Mary Sue to me at all, just really nervous/scared of Cid. Thanks for clarifying that Jenova thing. I feel sorry for poor Vincent too, but that is more due to me not liking Cloud, so... Looking foward to the next chapter!

Mariam, excellent story so far. I am absolutely entranced by it... and No I do not see Zet as a Mary Sue... she lacks the umm... well... 'mad skillz' that seem to possess every MarySue (or male equivalent), If she were a MS then she would be waltzing in armed to the teeth with Master Materia, uber weapons, be so good looking even Nanaki would want to... well... I am sure you get the picture.
If anything you could accuse me of being the male version of a Mary Sue in my Wintermoor story with several of the characters... well cept for the fact that I did create those characters... the world they live in, and the people they are interacting with are from a D&D campaign that I ran... oi I need to do the other 20 chapters to that some time... er... back to the point, could accuse me of this more easily than you... that is what the point was I think...
Anyway, excellent story, and like some of the others (sorry for forgetting names) I do also like the Materia thing; reminds me of what happens when a Paladin picks up a Holy Avenger, to everyone else it is just a very nice well-balanced sword, but in the hands of a glorious-valorous-zealous Paladin it becomes a weapon of Divine Fury and whispers its power to the guy the first time he holds it... though I think it would have been better to have them do something a bit more mysterious (but that may just be my DM sense of 'Confuse the Players as Much as Possible' kicking in) like Alexander saying "I bring justice to the unlawful, purity where there was only corruption, and Light into the darkest of places; I am the planet's Knight Alexander' but I always did have a flair for the dramatic and wordy of things...
I am starting to really enjoy the flashbacks filling in Vincent's past, I do not remember the game (or any anime) being that well developed... but I haven't played the game in years so I just could be fogging the memory back there with the other hundred or so RPGs of my yesteryear ;)
Finally, keep up the good work, this is by far the best single Final Fantasy 7 fanfiction I have read through (Fanboys&girls notice the Qualifier... No Flamage [Omulet du Fromage... why did that pop into my brain?]) and well keep writing, you do a great job of it :)

Qustion. I just remembered this from Chapter Three.
“He must be nice to have around.”
Tifa, Vincent and Jeremiah all turned to look at Zet, who had said nothing this entire time. She backed off, scowling and said, “Just because he’s such a good mechanic and all. Sure the guy can fix just about anything.” Zet looked away, still scowling, crossing her arms.
Has Zet had a thing for Cid this whole freakin' time?
And then he--with the demotion argument--and omg! No WONDER! Hahahahahaha!

Oh my God. I absolutely -loved- chapter 19. The materia!! Can you tell I'm a Yuffie fan? XD Me and my obsession with materia and all. I dunno what it is, but gee, the way you described it all, I could practically feel like -I- was holding materia and that I knew what it felt like. XP As corny as that sounds. I love you for it, though. XD And I thought Zet was so cute buying those goggles for Cid. Aww!! x3
And chapter 20 was awesome, too. I really like Cloud's point of view, too, like Maron. It's really a surprise that JENOVA is taking a hold of him again; I didn't expect that, but I really like that twist. I really can't wait to see more of what happens. Keep it up, man!! An again, like Maron said, you have an awesome way of ending your chapters. It really keeps me coming back for me. :3

Ah, more suspense. Looking foward to the next chapter. I feel kinda sorry for Zet. As for Cloud, I can't say I'm a fan of his, but I really like how you did this chapter. Only one thing I'm wondering though; is it Sephiroth or Jenova or both that possess Cloud? Keep it up!

Sorry I didn't get to review the last chapter. Although, I did really love it. Especially the description of materia. Materia is such interesting stuff. I just love it. XD Oh yeah, and when you described Vincent's snack. XP And this chapter was really great as well. Again, I love the way you do Yuffie and Reno and Vincent's personality is just... perfect. As for Vincent liking Tifa, well, I don't really like that couple, but what can I say? XD It was still really cute. Especially all the way at the end of it. But! Other than my biased opinion on the couple, I did love it and I do hope to read more of it.
Gah. Tifa, Yuffie, and Reno are so sweet. Thinking of Vincent and his chocolate. Soo cute! x3

Yey for a Cloud chapter!!! -Huggles the author.- X33 I loved it. Eee. YOU END THE CHAPTERS SO... PERFECTLY. o_o They're so suspenseful! And I actually like Zet. A lot. Does she have a thing for Cid? Wait. No. Don't answer that. XD I like surprises. I love the way this is going. You have a knack for describing simple things perfectly. And Tifa finally gets her way. xB Yayayay. I was kinda afraid you'd make Vincent and Tifa together.
Also, wow. You're updating a lot recently. :'D YAY. I think I'm gonna cry the day this fic comes to an end.
