Not a bad run at it. I thought your disclaimer was hilarious and the closeness of the family relationship was well done. You really should make an effort to correct your tense issues however, or get a beta reader who can help you with it. The constant switching is making what could be a really good fic into a poor piece. It was too distracting for me to really get into the action, which was well done in and of itself. Grammar does matter. Other than that, your style is okay, if a little basic and given to unnecessarily spelling everything out. It's good to see that you're actively writing the kind of story you'd want to read instead of complaining that other people aren't using their spare time to do it for you like I've seen some other people do.
