now that I've finished this one, hehe, it took me 7 days to read through both "Protecting the Lion" and "Strings Attached" one after the other....I love where you've taken this story, would've liked to have at least read that our beloved ex-knight received a surprising "Marry Me" from Squall, but that's just the romantic in me......and that that single act might have been the one thing to make Siefer at least let loose a single tear while gazing at his "kittens" eyes.
Actually, after reading this storyline, I'm going to go replay my favorite Final Fantasy game with this outcome in mind, so here's to a new experience. Thank you for writing this, it resonates with in my very soul and was an absolute joy to read.

I feel sort of bad for putting this off for so long, since I understand how much reviews are appreciated by authors, but I've been so busy addictively reading this story that I haven't had time to stop. As ridiculous as it may sound, Protecting the Lion and Strings Attached have been lifesavers for me. I've probably read over 1,000 fanfictions in my lifetime (Really I think I have though a lot were oneshots and such), and I'm pretty sure I've come to understand the difference between well-written, addicting fanfictions and those that don't truly capture the attention. Your fanfictions have most definitely captured my attention. I've spent countless hours reading and discussing and quoting them (which make people think I'm a bit odd but that's quite all right). I've found so many different aspects of these two stories in particular that make me so happy. Not only are they well-written (with well-written lemon scenes!), but they also have an extremely consuming plot. It's almost impossible for me to stop reading these stories. More than once I have read until my eyes could literally no longer see the text straight. That right there proves that you right damn good fanfiction. Not only is there that, but the fact that you manage to capture the character's personalities so well is admirable. With any pairing that isn't nessesarily cannon, it's almost impoosible to find a fanfiction where the characters are almost fully in character, but you pull it off so perfectly! I could probably go on like this for hours but that might be a bit unnessecary. :) I think the main point I wanted to make was this: You are an amazing author and your ability to write stories (SeiferxSquall stories in particular) makes me admire you greatly. I can only hope you continue with your writings, whether fanfictions or not, because they would definitely give many people happiness. Unfortunately, I am almost at the end of this story, and I will greatly miss it when it is over. (Though who knows how many times I'll reread it... lol) Keep up the awesome work and thanks again for writing such a phenomenal story!

PS: Sorry for any spelling mistakes in this review. I'm pretty sure I made a couple.

THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST FUCKING AWESOME SEIFER/SQUALL SERIES EVER!!!!!!!!!
I just love this story! The way everything is written and protrayed, not to mention how evil Seifer is (god I love him being evil and pervy with Squall) and, and, I cannot express with words how great this story is.
I wish you luck with all your furture stories ^_^V

I love your stories. I am just about ready to find you just to prostrate myself before your godlike and gracious self. You write long smut-with-a-plot, which makes me totally happy, plus you make it good. The only problem I see with your work is entirely grammatical. You tend to use the words that sound the same as what you're trying to use. Such as 'heals' and 'heels' or 'main' and 'mane'. Also, the 'your' and 'you're' mix-up, which is, believe me, not that uncommon. But your characters are realistic, and your OCs are not overused and they are fully realized. A lovely pair of stories with one of my favorite pairings. Thank you.

This was a great sequal, but it was time to end it. Thanks for not dragging it on until it lost what had made it so good to begin with. I look forward to reading more from you.

Hmm... I've really fallen for this story, so awesome. *showers you in cookies* I do agree that this particular storyline has indeed run its course and that you ended it before it was over done, but I shall miss the depth of emotion and utter brilliance of your fic. You rock my socks.
Can wait for the next one.
