I have been reading this fanfic for YEARS, hoping that you two are okay and that you guys are in the health and mind state to collab again and finish this as well as Beginnings after the End. But to no aavail. I will always hold those stories near and dear to my heart, continue to love and appreciate your work and just send positive and loving vibes to the both of you.

! I don't think I've ever enjoyed a fanfic this much. Every bit of it has me needing to know what happens next! It's so very well written, and entirely believable. Chapter 16!! I need a chapter 16!!

Nice story.
Tifa, after losing her virginity, is quite a tease/temptress. Understandably, a person's inclination for intercourse changes after his/her first time. She's on a high. I think her, ehem, drive will probably peak even higher when she hits her thirties. Body shots? Hmm, I wouldn't say she's all that innocent. May be it's the hormones? Well working in a bar kind of exposes her to unmentionable things and compartmentalize those things in the subconscious.
The sad reality is that some females place a lot of expectations when it comes to first time casual intercourse and unfortunately get put off by it. Then the self esteem issues arise and so forth. Not a generalization towards virginal females and my apologies towards those see it in bad taste.
That's enough for inferences and psycho babble.
Honestly, she needs to make a decision if she respects herself as an adult. Yes, she is inexperienced but she'll eventually make sensible decisions. Is she trying to displace Vincent's previous memories of intimate encounters with her sultry machinations? Perhaps. I mean a mini skirt and a revealing top says that she is comfortable but does she think of the implications? Heh-heh, tease.
Vincent's emotional capacity is just as tightly controlled as Cloud. I don't understand but a lot of authors harp on Cloud's inability to make a move on Tifa. He's just as traumatized as Tifa. Both of them seen the ugly side of reality- losing family and friends. Cloud, as well as Vincent, lost some years due to inhumane imprisonment. Both of them have different coping strategies.
The body shots will have to commence at a later time if both of them get their heads straight. Life will not always be black and white. The middle path is always favored.

I just realized that, somehow, I've never left a review on this story, so I decided to correct that oversight. This is tremendously well-written. I love your characterizations, your back-and-forth dialogue, your..well, pretty much every aspect of this story. I can't wait to read future chapters. I just wish there were some way for me to get updates automatically...

Omg. I am loving it. I really am. I reached the end.. Chapter 15 and started freaking that there wasn't anymore. You have my interest entirely. Until this story I was not a big fan of Vincent and Tifa pairings.. I am looking forward to the next chapter. You guys are doing great and please please please keep up the great work. I have this story bookmarked on both computers and on my Blackberry.

Vincent, on the other hand, is really pissing me off. Does he enjoy being miserable? And why did Tifa just stand there practically speechless, then say the absolute most stupid thing possible? Grrrr. I didn't want Vincent to leave her.
The whole Cid, Cloud, Vincent, Tifa quadrangle reminds me of one of my experiences. I really liked a guy I worked with and I am pretty sure (and was told later) that he also liked me. He was 11 years younger, and when the other people at work found out, they teased him and hounded him until he backed off. If Cid and Cloud ruin this because of their idiotic concepts about who Vincent is and should be, and their opinions on Tifa being with Vincent, I will really be upset!!
People can be SO clueless.
