I started reading this a while back and only just got round to finishing it, and I'll just drop a review cuz I really enjoyed it! I liked the references to the themes in the movie, and I like your vignettish-writing style when it comes to the smut. Heh. Sexy but not in-your-face. I also liked how HOT they are when they come together, but at the same time their rapport is very easy, almost like a pair of old shoes or an old married couple LOL. Heh. And I loved the ending. I felt bad for Tifa just because I'm a TifaxCloud fan, but I liked how you dealt with them in the end, the simplicity of it ("He makes me happy") - honest and not overly mawkish. I'd never been a renoxcloud fan before, but I blame it all on Squishy and Sterling LOL hahaha.

FREAKIN' HELL!!!! THAT'S AN AMAZING STORY! I'VE NEVER READ ANYTHING BETTER. IT'S LIKE a TRULY Genuine doujinshi or yaoi manga one-shot piece... Damn. That was so hot. I loved it dearly. What an amazing plot with such extraordinary sex. *drools* I love your work so bad! XD

This is great! I totally love it. The resolution at the end was sweet. People rarely have the characters "come out with it" in a way that seems smooth and natural. Tifa's reaction to it was realistic. So was the relationship between Cloud and Reno. It seemed to me like they were falling in love if they weren't in love already, but I guess guys don't have to come out and say that kind of thing, and you did a good job of showing that. So great job. I'd love to see a sequel. ^_^ It would be interesting to see what the Turks and Rufus thought about Reno and Cloud being together, don't you think? Just a thought. Drop me a line sometime, I'd love to hear from you.

Wow, this was very well done, Iggy! I enjoyed it very much. Chapter 4 was definitely intense, and I liked how you framed the turning point in their relationship. Sometimes there is a fine line between love and hate, and both emotions can often be mistaken for each other. I'm going to send you an email, too. Oh, this is nice. I'm glad I got a chance to read your story. I truly despise fic where one or the other of the warrior men involved dissolve into a weepy, uke stereotype. Nice job.

OMG! I just love this, and I wish I had taken the time to read it sooner. You're wonderful, I don't think anyone can write Reno and Cloud any better. You've done a great job, and for the first time I think I'm going to re-read a fic just because I loved it.

Excellent work - you really managed to nail Cloud and Reno's characters. Cloud provides the heart, and Reno provides the humor (and a little heart near the end), making for some good reading. Well written, and though there doesn't seem to be much room for a follow-up to this story, I'm definitely looking forward to more of your work, particularly any multi-chapter fics like this one.

You know, I've never considered Reno and Cloud as a good pairing before, hence I've never read one... untill now that is. And I am glad it was your fic that broke me into this pairing because you write it so well. A very well thought out and written fic with lots of lovely smutt and good characters too. Your a fab author and I hope you write more of these in the future. Peace and pies!
