This shouldn't be rated R. It's definitely NC17.
Other than that, it's a very underdone pairing, though not wholly unique. The chapter was rather short and entirely PWP, which isn't a problem if it was meant to be like a oneshot or something short like that. Anyway, Seifer's an awesome character to work with, so good luck on future chapters... and remember to do the other characters justice if you have them not being controlled or written in a dream.
