There are some grammar issues. You might consider finding a beta. It’s a nice change from all the Zell/Squall pairings that have Squall as seme. (By the way, traditionally, to give a person a clue on which way you’re putting the guys together, it's usually written Seme/Uke, a.k.a. Top/Bottom if you don’t use the Japanese terms. Your story is actually ZellxSquall, not SquallxZell. Not everyone knows about or follows the rule-- it doesn’t really matter.)
Anyway, it was a nice change from all the stories that cast Zell as uke. I was growing rather sick of those since Squall has always been such a cute uke for me. A nice one-shot, you write well, but your punctuation for dialogue isn’t correct. Pick up a novel, go to a page that has dialogue, and you’ll see the correct way to punctuate at the end of the quotation. It’s a comma inside when you specify the speaker after the quote, just like it’s a comma outside when you specify before the quote. (That probably made no sense, so just glance at any book and see for yourself.) It's not a huge deal, just a little distracting for anyone used to reading material that's top notch.
