*laughs* Oh my the sex basket was perfect. I loved how it was implemented and the little note attached was very sexy. Hmm...post-mission sex? I love it. Poor Cloud isn't going to know what hit him.

I have to say the handcuff bit was interesting. Familar because we've discussed it so many times but it was nice to get a better view into Cloud's head about the issue. Personally, I'm still out on it, but then again, Cloud has never come off as...traditionally kinky to me, if that makes any sense.

The big booms made me smile. Ah, the sound of a job well done? Or perhaps trouble?

Awesome. I think this is one of the better story-lines that I have read in the AC section. Description, dialog, sex....it's all so good. You're an amazing writer Sterling! Makes me want to work even harder on my own fics.

Intense buildup. Can't wait for next chapter! And Reformed(sortof?)!Rufus. Kinda makes me feel guilty for my own characterization of him LOLz!!!

I'm a little sorry about Tifa/Cloud, but I love how pure their relationship in this is . Yesss! But we can look forward to Cloud/Reno. Yay!

Anyway, forging on (as much as I can), I liked the little bit of tensious between Rufus and Reno as well as the weirdness between Rufus and Tseng. It says a lot without spelling it out. I'm both surprised and pleased that Rufus did not confront Reno about...certain things, I presume because he didn't know, yet I know he saw them kiss way back when so...Anyway, I guess I'm trying to express how I always like how you never take the easy ways out or do the predictable shit. It's nice and rare to see in fanfiction.

ROFL. Very nice.

I enjoyed the conversation bit with Tifa. Very sweet, shows the strength of their friendship and Tifa's love for Cloud. Yay!

You don't have to have smut in every chapter to make a good fan fic, so don't worry. This story is great, because not only does it have one of my favorite pairings, but it's very well written and the story is intriguing. Glad how you handled Tifa. I was relieved that you didn't have her break down completely, and happy that she accepts it. I love the way you have Vincent written as well. All of them are IC perfectly. Keep it up, and I'll be waiting for the next chapter.

*chuckles* Seriously though, you handled it beautifully. I was amused by Tifa's "is-it-Yuffie?" reaction. For some reason, I found that hilarious. Suffice to say, I think you've given Cloud his out without breaking Tifa's heart. (I wish I could say that I have those kinds of options with "Paradise".)
