Yays!! Everyday ordinary people stuff. I like the little details that pop up in those scenes. Poor Cloud..he is so anxious about himself when he and Seph are around other people isn't he? That boy needs some confidence and a cell phone of his own!

Yay! The desperately awaited update! I liked the woven in past of Cloud, the small touch of depression combined with utter hilariousness.
Can I say I wanted to kick Sepy's ass a bit for cracking jokes about vertically challenged boyfriends??? *mumbles and bitches*
So...umm...yeah. I hope the next update will come soon 'cause the end of the chapter came quite sudden. *snickers* I actually reloaded the page to see if it was not loaded properly before. I need to see what Rufus is up to, the little bitch!

HOSHIT! It's Rufus! Run for your life Cloud! Anyway, I adored this chapter, especially them watching TV together. Though i admit I feel a little stupid because it didn't occur to me that Zack was drunk, until he asked Cloud for a blow job.^_^;; Yeah I'm unobservant. I can hardly wait for the next chapter! =^_^=

Hey, I found this from the rec on myprettypuppet and thought I'd review here rather than comment there now that I've read it 'cause then it's, you know, a review. There's so much awesome in this story. :D (I'm seriously glad of all the drawings on your dA, btw; it's such a visual story, and I totally suck at picturing outfits and hairstyles and anything really visual, so seeing them illustrated added a whole extra dimension of cuteness and hotness and all that.)

The 'fun OOC' thing kinda makes the characters more the way they'd be if they were real people - the accents, the swearing, the bitching and playfighting and everything. I mean, Aeris as a flower seller with a proper cart and union membership is so much more believable than Aeris as a waif with a basket, it sorta makes me wish I could label the game 'out of reality' instead of calling the fic 'out of character'. And I love the vibrancy this allows for in Cloud and Seph's attitudes. Their upbringings left them both with plenty of IC insecurities, but they both decided to live their lives on their own terms when they moved out, and it's paying off; through their totally Cloud-like and Sephiroth-like determination, they've won themselves the sort of lives where they can watch dvds and burn music and hang out between classes/missions. The Seph flashbacks are some of the best bits (and speaking of vibrancy - cows are cute, cockroaches are freaked out, turtles are all over the place, he's a chameleon - his animal themes are building up quite a petting zoo.) Maybe this is overthinking it, but if his skin camouflage-matches his clothing in a chameleon kinda way, how come he doesn't go pale in white clothes and dark in black clothes? All I can think is that Hojo ironed out that much in the lab and then couldn't foresee any need to ever dress him in other colours. Vincent is so much better outside of that coffin - he did a whole lot of good for Seph even with those emo Turk issues of his own. (Since he couldn't entirely let himself see Seph's childhood as what it was, and didn't let himself see how thoroughly he abandoned him at seventeen, it's not the hugest surprise ever that he's seeing Seph's adult life in such a distorted way - and the the way it plays out now oughta be interesting.)

There's one thing that I'm kinda surprised Seph didn't think of when Cloud brought up the condoms. He may have gone straight from virgin to monogamous, but he periodically gets pills snuck into his diet that put him through every nasty disease in human history, and it seems to take him a day or two to notice; in the long term, shouldn't he be worried about, like, getting dosed with HIV or syphilis or something and passing it on to his not-so-immunologically-enhanced lover before he's had time to realise?

Due to a unbelievable freak occurance I discovered that it may in fact be your birthday, and that you are 22.
