OMFG. I've always dreamed of having these boys (especially Vincent) in some kind of religious setting, and this is amazingly well written! I love it, and I'm dying for more! Great work!

YES! More Rufus talk paired with an awesomely awkward situation by the oblivious Yazoo! Truly did make me laugh when Yazoo assumed Rufus had children. The whole "battle of inner conscious" scene made me think of Yazoo with a small Rufus on his shoulder saying "do it! do it!" lol.
Oh and about Lucrecia, I totally forgot that she picked Hojo over Vincent! (what a bitch! lol)

Somehow I don't think Yazoo is going to be too pleased to see Reno, who after all, held the damn camera and recorded every sinful thing in the first place. That ought to be interesting. It's nice of Reno to try and be the peacemaker, though whether he'll be successful is yet to be seen.
Oh yeah, Vinny's wife is a huge bitch. No wonder he's gay. lol
You know, I HAD wondered the same thing myself: why do you write so many bad/painful things happening to Yazoo? It's almost as though you /like/ seeing him suffer. I get the appeal of the whole hurt/comfort thing but you don't even do the comfort part. Or if anyone tries, Yazoo rejects it. He just deals with stuff on his own, like he doesn't really need or want anyone else's help. (I'll make an exception for Shadows because he clearly needs and loves Vincent in that and does accept comfort from him) Maybe you just find his pain beautiful in a tragic kind of way. Even when he's in the worst possible agony and suffering imaginable, there's something still stunningly beautiful and heartrending about him. Unlike my version of the character, your Yazoo is definitely the royal prince of angst. Or the prince of ice. You write him so cold sometimes I almost get frostbite of the eyes just reading it. If you ever wrote a fic where Yazoo was happy and had no major psychopathic issues, I think I'd keel over in shock. XD

LOL! This chapter was great. So many people just despise Reno and you can tell he loves it! Oh and yeah it's actually kind of funny that you made Lucrecia a bitch, no complaints here! All she ever did in FF was sit in suspended animation and make Vincent pine over her lol.
I seriously want to read more of Rufus' talks with Yazoo. Of course (like you said) he is a typical hedonist, but I like how you make him have alot of insight into Yazoo's problems. Anyways, awesome chap, post again soon!

Totally awesome to read two chaps back to back since I haven't read any fanfics in awhile. This one is truly getting deeper and more interesting each chap. I loved how you made Rufus a previous member of the Order (it all comes together now! lol) plus it's more of Rufus' philosophical side rather than just his horny side lol.
I didn't find the Satanistic thing all that terrible, I actually thought it worked well in the story just to let you know.
Anyways, update soon please and keep up the great writing!

OMG, I can't believe I totally forgot about this fic. Please don't punnish me. *on her knees in front of you*
This story is getting better, better and better. I never pictured a Rufus/Yazoo pairing, so I had my brain working overtime to create a picture. I read the smex scene three times to get a good image... just because I'm a perv and showersmex is hot. ;P
Rufus being once part of the Jenovaclan kind of surprised me, but seems obvious with all the 'thou art evil' the clan is spitting towards him.
I cheered with Angael and Genesis entering the story. I'm wondering; will Genesis try to kick Seph off his throne?
I don't really have a religion myself, which probably pushes me in the category atheist, but “The god you are serving is you.” line from Rufus... is that really satanism? Maybe to people who solely follow God it sounds like Satanism, but to me it sounds... rather normal "live the way you want to" kind of way.
