I quite enjoyed the story, it was entertaining as any good work should be. There are some things that I noticed, the biggest one being that the time frame of the story is not mentioned. I started reading it and it felt that the time frame was at the beginning of the games story, when later in the story it is made clear it is some time after the game. I dont mind either time frame as a reader, it was just confusing.

M/M is not my normal cup of tea, but this is intresting, well thought out, reader friendly, and quite good all around.

RabidPhilosopher keep writing and doing what you do, I like your style.
