Squall woke up after his alarm went off and got up. After showering, shaving he dressed and went to his office. Within two hours of work, at 6:30 am a group of police barged in and had their guns drawn. "Squall Leonhart, get up and put your hands where we can see them!" An officer yelled, grabbing him and pinning him to the desk. He was read his Miranda rights and Squall looked around in a daze. "What the hell is going on!?" Squall demanded. He was lifted up and was brought to the door. "You are under arrest for the rape of Elsa Aiko." The police man said.
"What!? I never touched her!" He yelled and they took him out where Irvine and Rinoa were. "i never thought you would do something like this? You bastard!" Rinoa slapped him and Irvine kicked him in the stomach. "You sick fuck! I bet you tried to do that to your own friends!" Irvine spat. Squall was dragged out of Garden and into a waiting squad car, student watching and whispering. "I didn't do anything!" Squall yelled at them as the door was closed on him. The police drove away and quickly to the station in Balamb.
The officers hauled him in the station and took his Gunblade, watch, jewlery and tried his GF's. The Guardian Forces wouldn't unjunction, so they put containment cuffs on him instead. They threw him in a cell and locked the door. "I want to talk to my father!" Squall yelled, completly confused. Why would Elsa accuse me of such a thing? I don't get it. Even Rinoa and Irvine think I did it. He thought and paced, the cuffs still on and one police man handed him a phone. He had a time dialing and called Laguna.
At the Garden classes were cancelled until furthur notice and students were on edge at the news of a rape in the school. Quistis shook her head as Rinoa and Irvine told the group of what happened. "I don't think Squall would do that." Seifer said defensivly and glared. "You guys should know that!" He scolded and Quistis rubbed her temples. "Seifer, you know as well as anyone that Squall has had problems." She said and Seifer jumped up, his fist clenched. "He may have problems, but everyone does and raping is not one! I know he didn't do it!" Seifer gritted his teeth at her.
Selphie patted his arm to calm him down. "I know Seifer. Squall just doesn't seem like the person to do that. I think the girl was mistaken, I mean if it was dark she couldn't see who it was exaclty. All she saw was brown hair and that could be alot of guys." She said and Irvine shook his head. "You guys! She said who he was!" Irvine said, throwing his hat down and Zell wasn't jumping like he usually did. "But they didn't test the DNA from the rape kit. If they did it could say if Squall did it or not." Zell said hopefully.
Rinoa shook her head. "They decided not to test it because she said who it was." Seifer punched the table with a growl. "That's god damn stupid! They're suppose to test it, it's law!" He shouted and Irvine folded his arms. "Well that's what you get when you rape a political hot shot daughter." He said and Seifer punched him with all his stregnth, sending the cowboy soaring through the air and unconscience.
"Seifer! You are just blinded by your feelings for him! Stop seeing him as your Sorcerer who's going to fuck you!" Quistis hissed and Seifer backhanded her. "You fucking bitch! You're just pissed because he never wanted to bang your rigid ass! Everyone knows that shit you spouted about your feelings of thinking him as a brother is bullshit! Plain and simple BULLSHIT!" Seifer flipped the table and went walking away, Selphie and Zell followed him.
Quistis turned red with anger and embarassment. "He doesn't know what he's talking about." She said. Quistis and Rinoa went to Irvine and waited until he came to. Back at the police station, Laguna, Kiros, and Ward came fast to Squall's aid with a lawyer. "Why would they think you would do such a thing?" Laguna asked, rubbing his nose. The lawyer was looking through all the papers and sighed. "Well out trial is in two day. We got a closer date because of who you are and your father." He said. They assured Squall everything was all right. "There is a standard psycological evaluation you have to do." The lawyer said.
During the next 24 hours Squall was given the evaluation and everything was set. Trial came fast and he was found guilty by reason if insanity, the psychiatrist found from the evaluation that he's not sound of mind. Squall's friends and ex friends were there also, the family of the girl wanted him in prison for a long time. He was sentanced to ten years in the Deling City Mental Hospital and Laguna swore the truth would come out and Squall couldn't believe it. "They will know soon." The voice of Ultimecia rang through his head.
