Tri-Blessing

You wake up in what you recognize as the Western Thanalan Aetheryte plaza, and make haste to the closest familiar location - the Waking Sands.

Who was this robed figure? What did they want, and why were they in the Bowl of Embers? Were they there to stop the primal threat, or to assist it, and how did they know of it in the first place? These were the questions repeated in your mind as you raced your chocobo to the headquarters of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn.

You greet the Lalafel Tataru but move quickly past her, not making time for idle conversation. If anyone were able to give you some answers, it would be Minfilia. 

After all, it was Minfilia who told you about your ultimate destiny to protect the planet Hydaelyn as the Warrior of Light. It was she who has sent you on your first primal mission - to destroy Ifrit - so that you might gain the wisdom and power of the fire element. The Scions are the foremost experts on the primals - so if anyone were to know who this mysterious robed figure was, it would be their leader.

You open the door to the Solar to find Minfilia behind her desk, with none other than the very foe you had faced little more than 5 minutes ago before her. 

You quickly withdraw your knives and show your fangs. Ready to strike, you move towards what you can now identify as a surprised-looking Au Ra. She has short light-blue hair with face paint to match, and yellowish scales that juxtapose her soft facial features. Although her features are soft and quite beautiful, her face seems permanently stuck in a scowl.

Just as you prepare to strike, a small Faerie lunges between you.

"Xura, stop!" Minfilia says to you.

The robed scholar with hard facial features now has her weapon drawn.

"Who is this?!" you and the scholar shout in tandem.

"I asked first!" you say in synchronicity. 

"Stop copying me!" You are now at each other's throats.

Minflia takes a deep breath as you both stare back at her, waiting for a response, your weapons drawn and ready to kill.

"Kitsu Kawanami, this is Xura Shapa. Xura, this is Kitsu..." 

You don't lower your knives. The scholar doesn't pull back her energy.

"And I would suggest that you sheathe your weapons..." 

"Because without each other...you are powerless."
