Reno walked down the halls of building and up to Rufus's office for the board meeting he had to organize. It's been 3 months since his promotion from hell. Slightly though he was getting used to it, he had that dream again, he didn't understand why but he was starting to admit the fact that he might be.....'NO!' Reno thought looking at the doors to Rufus's office.

"Hi Melina, every one is inside I presume"

Reno just looked down for a sec 'I have to stop thinking about it or I really am going to get fired'. Reno had been doing odd jobs in Junon for the President for the last month so he was naturally was glad to be home.

The door clicked open and shut slowly, the Turks and the Opts were sitting at a large table. Rufus was staring straight at Reno as soon as he came in. "Shall we begin", Reno said nervously as Rufus got up and moved to the other end of the table. 'Why am I feeling this way...Damn it it's those eyes' Reno said to himself after he put his eyes on something less distracting. The white paper in his hand was lifted so he could read aloud to the Opts and Turks.

"Our revenue is going down because of the resistance in Midgar, the President wants us to dispose of any that stands in his way", Reno looked down at the paper once more and recollected his thoughts and was back to his old self.

Reno had a cretin aspect about him that made it easier to shake things off or forget about them till later that's why he was promoted to the Turks in the first place but that wasn't the only thing that got him promoted his loyalty and annoying defiance helped to. The General at the time was just sick of him so he sent in the recommendation.

"So we have come up with a plan to eliminate the chaos, we are to assemble the Opts team In Headgar In the center of the city. The Turks will be backing up if the Opts should fail, the Turks will pick up were Opts left off." Reno reorganized his papers and looked down again. 'Man I'm on a roll',

Reno just plopped back in the chair as the Opts and most of the Turks left the room. Tseng and Rude were talking to Rufus and Elena just walked to Reno.

"Nice job there Rin-Tin Tin", Elena said with a smile, she enjoyed toying with Reno's pet peeve of nick names that didn't fit people.

"Thanks", Reno said getting up, once again shaking off the comment. He walked to the door as the other Turks had already left and Elena followed suit but Rufus stopped Reno from leaving as soon as. Elena left he closed the door and hung up his coat on the wall next to the door. Hearing the shotgun clank against the wall, Rufus returned to his desk as he told Reno to sit down with a hand notion.

Rufus was all but mysterious he had a way with people, saying everything they wanted to hear but meaning something else. He had beautiful blond hair that angels couldn't even touch for fear that they would be shot. Rufus always seemed so nice but he knew if he pushed the right amount of button he would be facing the devil or pretty damn close to it. Rufus would point his shotgun at anyone who would appose him or his ideas not pulling the trigger right away as to let them have some false hope. "How's the EMR working out for you Reno?" Rufus said with curiosity. "It's just fine; the Erection Magnetic Reactor works just fine". Reno said retorting to his usual sarcasm and wits. "As a matter of fact, I wrote the report you wanted on its effects" Reno pulled out the papers from behind the ones he was holding earlier and gave them to Rufus. Rufus flung them in the air.

"Sir" Reno said in amazement as the papers fluttered to the ground, before he could say anything else Rufus's Lips compressed on Reno's and there eyes met.
