Chapter 3
"Sephiroth."
Aerith stopped in her weeding and turned to Cloud. It had bin the first words, well word, she had herd him say. She didn't doubt that if Zack had bin there and not out on a job he would be doing back flips.
At lest.
Aerith brushed the dirt of her hands and got up. Though she would need Zack's help to get Cloud inside she could make him a little more comfortable here in her garden.
Before Zack had left to look for work a week ago Aerith had suggested that Cloud looked to pale to be healthy and that he could use some sun light. Lucky for them her garden got plenty of light. It also seemed to be helping the boy in more then just getting a healthy completion.
As she helped Cloud she wondered, not for the first time just what type of job Zack had found.
She hoped that he was staying out of trouble.

Seventh Haven Looked like any other Bar in the slums that made up the Seventh Sector. And Seventh Haven would be just like any other bar in Sector Seven if not for the fact that the bar doubled as a base of operations for the revived Avalanche group.
A week ago Zack hadn't know that.
Zack had wondered in looking for work when he found Tifa working behind the bar and got to talking with Cloud's childhood friend. Zack had only meet her one time, and her home town had ended up destroyed not long after that meeting, but she didn't seam to hold it against him. Tifa had even helped him in getting a job.
Though working for a terrorist group that he had once help destroy was a bit odd.
But it was work, and Zack needed the money if he was going to help Cloud.
Though today would be his first time meeting any of the revived resistance group.
As Zack entered the normally crowded bar he began hoping that the people who were in the bar were not who his was working with.
But then that would mean the planet was being nice to him, and we can't have that.
Four people. That was it.
And the only one that looked the lest bit like someone that could and was prepared to lunch an attack on a Shinra Mako Reactor was the guy with a gun for an arm.
With a small spark of hope in his eyes Zack looked to Tifa, praying she wasn't about to say "Zack, I'd like you to meet Barret, leader of Avalanche." Wow, that was almost as bad as being shot.
