The Boy Who Found

Chapter Six: The
sending.
“ Hello” Speech
“Hello” Thought
/Hello/ Aeon to
summoner speech
Normal POV
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> Yuna ran, with Tidus still in hand and still
in a state of unexpected shock, as they ran along the wooden class=SpellE>jeti and down one of the many, still standing wooden
high-rises, that rose out of the sea water, wood creaking underfoot, Yuna’s
boots thudding almost noisily, while Tidus’s shoes
thudding in stumbling succession. That and the three over
pairs of feet that were of Lulu, Kimari and Wakka.
“Hey slow down ya…I need him in
one piece for the game in Luca…yuna.” Wakka grumbled,
and turned when Lulu spoke, quite mockingly really.
“Wakka…really, you know it is
the summoners duty to perform the sending.”
“So…he hasn’t done it before in
his life, let Yuna do it, so next time he can, right?” Lulu sighed shaking her
head.
“Really…she’ll teach him on the
spot ok…besides, that connection that summoners and aeons are said to have-“
“Yeah what Tidus,
and Yuna mentioned. I wonder what that does to a person, ya know.” Lulu looked
at him then a slight frown on her face, as she turned to look at Wakka, but
said nothing, as they continued to run after the pair in front of them.
After a bit they reached the
centre of the now, desilated town ,
one of the few survivers of the Destruction
approached, bowing in respect. He was dressed in Kilikianfashio,
apropiate for the hot days at sea. He looked from to
each of the people standing before him, then spoke.
“ Are
you the on doing the sending m’lady?” The wizened old
face looked up at Yuna with convicted eyes.
“We both are (she grabbed class=SpellE>Tiuds’s left arm holding it besides her smiling) right class=SpellE>Tiuds?” Sher looked to him then
at the old ma, who was stocking his chin, squinting at the man before him, then
performing the evil eye, (which caused his right eye to widen, while the left
stayed as it was.)
“
away slowly, then frze upon hearing the voice of
anime in his head.
“Calm down, all you have to do it concentrate,
and I’ll do the rest ok, all you have to do is follow Yun’s
lead.”
“Yes that is all that needs to
be done”
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> He paused then wondering about the
over voice inside his head, then followed Yuna to the edge were wood met water.
While yuna unzipped her boots, Tidus just slipped out
of his, just lifting his heels up, and sliding back.
“Don’t worry…just let them do
everything, ok.” Yuna looked straight ahead of her, staff in hand, her face
blank of emotion, at that point.
“Right.”
“Ok let’s go Tidus” He heard the
voice of anima floating through his head, as he stepped onto the water, and was
shocked that he didn’t fall under, he followdd Yuna
out a bit from the wooden jeti, and as she danced he
copied, his hands following the direction of her staff as it swung all around
her, raiding his arms up, when she did, turning when she did, all in sync.
“What” He gasped, as the water
began to lift him up, along with yuna as class=SpellE>pyer-flies followed them, and finally faded above there
heads, the moans of the dead fading as they descended, and walked back to
shore.
Lulu was there with open arms.
“Yuna you did good,
but try not to cry next time.” That’s when Tiuds
noticed that she had been crying through it all. “Oh and Tidus, for the first
time…iwas impressed.”
Tidus just rubbed the back of his in embaresment,
as people approached asking questions, those who were on the ship, and class=SpellE>restidents of Kilika.
“I told you, you;ll
do fine, and you did.”
“Come on guys, let’s get to bed
I’m knakered.” style='mso-spacerun:yes'> And made his way past thestyle='mso-spacerun:yes'> little group towards the, still
standing inn.
