To Get Away

To get away
I own nothing at all. Not even Reno, he is owned by SquareEnix.
Setting: Some of crisis core and before it, in game, and after AC, nothing about the games that I haven’t played.
Summary: Don Cornero somehow survives and tries to get the ones that slipped away from him. Pairings later.

Prologue
Two years after AC…
‘Damn need a hyper.’ Reno thought to himself. ‘Damn if the others knew that I let myself get hit by a tranq they would laugh at me.’ As he pulled out a needle filled with a clear liquid in the syringe.
‘How did this happen? Who do they work for? I thought I heard Don Cornero’s name, could he have survived the fall in Wutai?’ Reno thought to himself having a flashback on how he met the fat slob of a pimp.
Chapter 1
Twelve years earlier…
“Welcome to the Turks, kid. Now we have a need for your talents of getting out of things. Someone has stolen a thing from one of our targets and we need that thing to verify his tale.” Tseng told the younger Reno.
“So, what da ya want me ta do, boss? I know the slums. I could find anythang in them.” Reno said with the confidence of an older person.
“So Reno, how old are you? You look very young.” Tseng asked finding himself a little curious about the boy in front of him.
“Me, thirteen. Ya look ta be in ya twenties.” Reno said with a smirk.
“Well, our target said that the item stolen was taken by Don Cornero. Since the man only allows women inside the compound and we are in fact down on some of our lady Turks by missions or they do not fit the case at all. You have a slight body, young enough to not have much of a bust for a girl, and your hair is very easy to style.” Tseng said Smiling a little at the blanch from the boy in front of him.
“Don, I heard a lot of funny stories about him. I don’t think I want to do this mission but I’m a Turk now and ya gave it ter me. But I get ta pick what I’m wearin’. Some of the gear ain’t what I wear, and slum gurls can’t get. What about my tats? How are we goin’ ta explain that?” Reno asked catching Tseng off guard.
“You could use makeup to either add or make them disappear. And you have heard things about Cornero?” Tseng asked tone implying that the boy better tell him.
“Well, that the guy has many brothels and that when he picks his bride for the night that ta gurl winds in one. And most are gurls under sixteen, and you’re bringing him a ‘gurl’ under that age. And sometimes the gouls that the guy uses picks up boys by accident and they ain’t been heard since. That’s all I heard about the guy, and that’s scares me. That I end up gone and never heard from just when I get a job that keeps me from the gouls.” Reno said no longer smirking and rubbing his arm.
“Well, all agents has a tracking beacon when they are on a mission. It is just for the off chance that the agent gets captured and cannot escape. And lets go to the area that holds disguises for us when we are in the field.” Tseng said as he moved off into a hallway that the Turks use.
Reno follows and then goes into a room and sees lots of clothing that would make clothing stores drool.
“Let’s see if I can find somethin’ that a slum gurl can find and would be satisfying for the guy. Too classy, not ragged enough, never been worn.” Reno said as he looked at the racks, “Hey, boss, is there older, more worn dresses in here? This stuff can’t be found in the slums at all, and that will stick out worse than a green thumb. Unless you people hand out dresses ta te gurls that ya bring ta the guy.”
“We do dress up the girls and they are appreciative of the new clothes. After you pick a dress in your size we’ll get some gear for you and a tracking beacon.” Tseng said as Reno then chooses a black dress that should fit him.
He signals Reno to follow, in which the boy does, and went into a room for him to get into the dress and there he left the boy and got a tracking/recorder in a girl’s accessory, a hair pin, for the boy to wear.
After that went and picked up a makeup bag so that the boy can finish the part.
When he walked into the room the red-headed boy was in the dress looking like a little waif in the outfit.
“Well, you look the part without the makeup but you are right about the tattoos. When you are known as a Turk those tattoos will make you stand out and we don’t need Cornero to know that a Turk is in the compound.”
“Ya telling me that I look like a gurl? That ain’t right. Ya know I’m a boy. My hair is long I know, but I like it long and I keep it tied up in a tail.” Reno said with a small smirk.
: Oh yeah I was a little snot back then. How was I supposed ta know any better? :
