Prologue: It Begins
Prologue: It Begins.
The group was hanging on to the sides of the crater for dear life after the final battle with Sephiroth. The lifestream was just seconds away from exploding and taking them with it. Cid Highwind dropped his cigarette long ago and stared above where the nose of the Highwind peeked out from the top of the crater. Tifa was struggling by herself along with Barret who had Cait Sith dangling from his foot, hopelessly yelling and screaming for somebody to come help them. As strong as they all were, including Cloud and Vincent, they were no match for the unpredictable body of lifestream that threatened to bubble up any second.
Soon enough, the lifestream began to slowly creep up from it's resting point and burst up towards the frightened team, and swept them up unbelievably high into the air, where some type of portal opened up and sucked up each individual member into some unknown void where they may never be seen again.
