Surpise ceremony
Note: I've finished this fic. One more chapter to go. And don't worry I've got a great idea for a sequel, I already started to write it. Hope you like it.
Chapter 9: Surprise ceremony
Three months had passed, the minute he got out of the intensive care unit Zack bougth a fullcure materia he was carrying everywhere he went. Lorelai had passed those three months doing everyone's paperwork. She was finishing to toss her stuff in a box when Reno knocked on the door. "I've got a surprise for you." She lifted her head, long strands of raven colored hair falling on her shoulder. "What is it?" He started searching in his pocket and took out a small red velevet box. From distance it looked like a ring box... but i couldn't be. He gave it to her and when she openned it there was a real ring. A gold ring with a single diamond rigth in the middle. "What's that for?" she found strange that a man that told her three monts earlier he didn't want to get married was giving her a ring. "It's a prove of my devoted and sincere love." Cheesy answer but it was what he felt. "Reno are you high?" 'Why would I have to be high?' he tougth. "No I'm not." she replayed his speech in her mind, something wasn't rigth about it, he was lying somewhere. "ShinRa forced you?" He sighed. "Rufus didn't force to do anything, I've changed, I guess. I want us to be a real familly, a solid familly." She raised her beautiful mako infused eyes, sign she once had been a SOLDIER, at him. "When is the ceremony?" He froze. Was that a way of saying yes? "Is that a yes?" She grinned. "Well I can't let you buy me an expensive ring like that and throw it in the trash can." He laughed. "It's tomorow."

Elena was helping her friend close her dress. "You're so lucky!" Lorelai frowned. "Why are you saying that?" the other woman smilled. "Because Tseng wouldn't do something romantic like planning uor wedding behind my back." She finished to pull the zipper up. "There you go, you're beautiful." The bride looked in the miror, her dark hair was pulled up in a complicated way and her ligth makeup accentuated her glow.
The door openned on a tall, muscular, handsome young man. He had replaced his SOLDIER uniform by a black suit, making his eyes look greener. "Are you ready?" his sister smiled and he slid his arm beneath hers.
Reno was standing beside the altar, in a turk suit that was, for once, properlly weared. His breath was taken away when he saw the young woman walk up the alley, arm under her brother's. They looked great, both of them. Both with deep raven hair, mako infused eyes and that childish happy grin. You could tell they were twins. Zack kissed her on the cheek and walked to his side of the altar. The ShinRa priest started his speech and they both agreed to love one other for the rest of their lives. Happy cries filled the small church. Everyone headed off to the party who was giving in the SOLDIER mess.
The dinner was over and it was time for the speechs. Reno stood up and started to speak. "I'm really deligted to see all of you here. Even if I never imagined I would get married someday, laughs, No fooling around, I'm pleased to be here because that means I am married to the most beautiful woman I know..." A pain expression crossed Lorelai's face, the newly wed sat down, worrying about his new wife. "Are you okay?" he asked his mind going a hundred miles per minute. She grabbed her stomach "I think the baby's coming." He froze, Zoey couldn't be coming two and a half months early. "What, it can't be..." Tseng took over and helped the bride get up. Even if Reno was a Turk he had trouble managing personnal situations. Everyone just followed them to the medical unit.

Two later all the ShinRa workers in the hall heared baby Zoey take her first breath. She was prematured yes, but she was healthy. Cloud smilled and Zack started to jump around like an idiot. Renos openned the door, grinning he said. "Ok you can come see her." Zack ran in the room, Cloud walked quietly and the turks were congratulating their friends. Zoey Libertine-Steel was a beautiful baby. She had wonderful blue eyes and red hair. She looked exactly like her mother.
